Millie & Moose ships using Canada Post. If necessary, we can also provide priority Service using Canada Post Xpresspost. We can deliver to residential, business or PO boxes.

Shipping Cost

Your shipping cost will be calculated after you fill your shopping cart. The cost depends on the quantity of items you order. It is based on weight and destination postal code.

Tracking a Package

After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order. You can login to your account at any time to track the status of your order. You will receive an email when your order has shipped, and you can then view your tracking number online in your account area.

How fast do you ship?

Most shipments leave the warehouse within 5 - 7 business days. Sometimes we are out of stock and will hold your order until that missing stock arrives. We will be in touch with you if it will take more than seven days to fulfill your order.
