Where We Ship From

All orders ship from our warehouse in Langley, BC, Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and handed off to the carrier within 1-3 business days of being placed. During high-volume periods (like the weeks leading up to Christmas), please allow a little extra time — we'll always let you know if an item is on backorder and will keep you updated if your order will take longer than expected.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, standard delivery within Canada typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are provided by Canada Post and are estimates, not guarantees.

Need it faster? Expedited shipping (Canada Post Xpresspost) is available at checkout for an additional cost.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping automatically applies to orders over $99 CAD, shipped within Canada via Canada Post regular service.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also log in to your account at any time to check your order status.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, please reach out to us at info@millieandmoose.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier — we don't want a shipping hiccup to be the reason your order doesn't reach you.
